As Founder & CEO, Erik drives EncypherAI's technical vision and the development of its core verifiable metadata technology. An experienced entrepreneur and bootstrapper, he brings a background in AI SaaS, enterprise software, and successful business turnarounds, including leading a $5M company's digital transformation. Erik founded EncypherAI to address the critical need for trust and transparency in AI-generated content, building the foundational technology to create an open standard for digital authenticity.
Hiep Dang

With over 20 years of experience driving product and go-to-market strategies in the AI/ML and security sectors, Hiep brings invaluable expertise to EncypherAI. He has a proven track record in scaling technology ventures, notably developing the GTM strategy at Cylance that contributed to its $1.4B acquisition by BlackBerry. Hiep advises EncypherAI on product roadmap development, enterprise GTM strategy, fundraising, and building the strategic alliances necessary to establish EncypherAI as a trusted standard in AI content provenance.
Allen Guthier

Allen brings a wealth of experience to EncypherAI from his decades in the enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector and his current role as a Venture Partner at the Oregon Venture Fund (OVF). His expertise is invaluable in guiding EncypherAI's scaling efforts, fundraising strategies, and alignment with market demands. Allen has firsthand experience in scaling tech companies, including playing a key role at CloudHealth Technologies through its $535M acquisition by VMware, and managing global customer success engineering teams at VMware. Adarsh provides EncypherAI with critical guidance on early-stage venture capital, startup business development, and fundraising strategy. As Co-Founder and General Partner of Comma Capital, an early-stage venture firm, he offers direct insights relevant to EncypherAI's investment stage. Adarsh's hands-on experience as the first business development hire at multiple tech startups informs his advice on partnership strategy, early customer acquisition, and go-to-market acceleration, particularly within B2B and SaaS domains.
