EncypherAI provides tools and services for invisible metadata embedding for AI-generated content, including but not limited to detection, verification, and authentication of AI-generated content.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Engage in any activity that could harm EncypherAI or its users
5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You may use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the terms of this license.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant EncypherAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by EncypherAI. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EncypherAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EncypherAI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
